Homestudy courses from the Iowa Association of REALTORS® offer you the convenience of completing your education requirements at your own pace, at your home or office.

No classroom time required!

1. A maximum of 18 homestudy hours may be used to renew your license.
2. You must complete each homestudy course, including any retakes of the final exam, within 6 months of purchasing the course.
3. You must score 90% or better on the final exam.
4. You must submit a Student Affidavit for each homestudy course you complete. We cannot issue a certificate until the Student Affidavit has been submitted to us.
5. We are automatically notified when you complete a homestudy course, and will issue a certificate via email within 6 business days of course completion.
6. All homestudy sales are final; no refunds or exchanges are available.
