New Features in Form Simplicity
 

All Iowa REALTORS® receive the "basic" Form Simplicity features as part of the Iowa REALTOR® membership dues.

The following features are available in the "basic" package.

  • Access to local and state forms libraries
  • Email, print, and download forms
  • Fill out forms and add them to transactions
  • Create clauses and add them to forms
  • Create transactions
  • Automatically synchronize common forms field data between forms in a transaction
  • Technical support and training

Optional Upgrade: For $29 per year, Iowa REALTORS® can use digital signatures, import data into forms from a local MLS, fax forms directly from Form Simplicity, and more.

Disable forms from the library for all agents in their firm
