The Iowa Association of REALTORS® Legal Counsel and Education
Department have developed training packets designed for use
at in-house office or sales meetings. The materials provide
important, current legal information that will assist IAR members
in providing productive, effective service and minimize legal
risk.
Packets are developed quarterly and topics are chosen based
on the "hot" topic of the quarter.
The sales meeting training packet is designed to be presented
by the broker and/or manager while agents participate by taking
the quiz and discussing the issues.
The training packets include:
- Objectives and overview of the program.
- Suggested format.
- Quiz to be given to sales agents.
- Answers to quiz and backup information.
