2003 Legislative Summary
 
The 2003 Legislative Session has come to an end, and the IAR would like to share some interesting statistics from the happenings on the Hill. Of the 1160 bills introduced during the session, the IAR actively lobbied approximately 23 bills, and monitored several others.

The following statistics were compiled by the Legislative Information Office:

The General Assembly also convened a special session of the legislature on May 29th and adjourned on June 4th. During this time the legislators took action on the economy (House File 683), elections (House File 614), and property and income tax issues (House File 692).
