Iowa REALTOR® Good Neighbor Award

Every one of us has the capacity to be a REALTOR® Good Neighbor in ways both large and small. The REALTORS® nominated are shining examples: they are making a difference in their communities and they are dedicated volunteers who have the courage to reach out to people in need.

It is our intention to award an applicant or applicants this honor for his or her exceptional contributions for improving the quality of life in their respective communities.

Among the activities that qualify for consideration are involvement in affordable housing issues, improving the quality of education in an area, supporting initiatives aimed at a community’s youth, and work on any other community-based programs.

The REALTORS® we honor truly understand what it means to be a Good Neighbor. These individuals have contributed countless hours and resources to ensure that their respective communities will flourish. The REALTOR® Good Neighbors are great examples that all should strive to follow.

Applications due by June 1, 2012.
