6/25/09 Septic System Inspection and Repair Addendum Changed the title. Separated the Document into 2 sections for more practical use. Section II only needs to be completed if the Inspection results mandate a repair or replacement. Added a field for the name of the Septic Contractor/Service Provider.
6/1/09 Seller Disclosure Updated the Septic Tank/System info in Section I per new rules/laws from State of Iowa.
6/1/09 Groundwater Hazard Instructions Updated to include the recently added exemptions.
5/29/09 Septic System Inspection Addendum Rewritten to comply with new law that goes into effect on July 1, 2009.
5/20/09 Mold/Radon Release Agreement Deleted the "as is" acknowledgement in the first paragraph and added a sentence regarding the written release from the Seller.
3/27/09 Ground Water Hazard Form and Instructions Updated to the newest DNR version.
